• Pictures that are taken from book covers, magazines, or newspapers will not be allowed.
• Pictures that contain watermarks will not be allowed.
• Low-quality pictures or digitally-modified pictures will not be allowed.
• Pictures of people must not have any obstruction that covers their faces, such as masks or glasses.
• Pictures must have an accurate photo contrast.
• Pictures must be no less than 1000 pixels in length or width. Pictures over 1000 pixels are preferred.
• Public property pictures are preferred over copyrighted pictures or private property pictures.
